Helping young carers

Volunteers can help with fun activities or give practical help such as with homework.

Help at young carers clubs

Club sessions are held every two months from 5.30 – 7.30pm in Kempston and are for different age groups. You can help at more than one club. Read more about the Clubs and sibling clubs


Young Adult Carer sessions run from 7.30 – 9.30pm in Kempston and Leighton Buzzard for those aged 16 – 25. Read more about Young Adult Carers

Help out behind the scenes

  • club volunteers can also help with trips and outings

  • Interested in working with children or young people
