Carer Hubs Launching Soon

Following months of planning we are now excited to share with you our new:

Carer Hubs!

We are launching 3 Hubs across the county with a programme of groups and information sessions in each. There will still be a dedicated space to meet for peer support, but we are also adding our new free “Caring with Confidence” sessions – which you will be able to attend as and when you wish to hear valuable information and practical advice, and the latest news relevant to you and your caring role.
We have chosen each venue carefully and have ensured that there are areas available for you to mingle before or after your session or even enjoy other services at the venue.

Please see some more detailed information below:

The Hubs are divided into three sections, and you may attend the one(s) relevant to your caring role:

09:45 to 10:45 Parent Carers are invited to come along for an hour-long session with your experienced Parent Carer Support Worker.  This session will run in term time only.

11:00am ‘Caring with Confidence’ is a new service for ALL CARERS giving you valuable information and practical advice on a variety of topics that will help you to care better for longer.

12:00 to 13:00 Adult Carers are invited for an hour-long session with your experienced Adult Support Worker.
