Eileen is a former carer for her mother who had Alzheimer’s. She talks about the need for employers to be flexible and embrace carers.
Everybody has someone they love and they might need support in looking after that person.
She talks from her own experiences of caring for her mother who lived in Scotland and juggling a demanding job. She explains to employers how organisations need to be more accommodating and flexible to people with caring responsibilities and understand the needs of the work force.
