We're looking for 100 people to raise £100 each -- and we want you to choose your own challenge.

It might be that bike race that you've always wanted to enter, or holding an event that gets people together.  It might be going 'dry' in January, facing your fear of heights, or finally decluttering your house.  Only you know what will challenge you -- and what will get your friends and family supporting you with sponsorship.  Whatever you choose, we want to you to share your challenge with us!

Register your challenge right here and we'll send you our Choose Your Challenge pack, including tips on setting smart goals and meeting them, on fundraising with friends and online, and on making positive changes that will last.

Darran is running 100 km in January

darran square "I love to run. It’s good for my physical and mental wellbeing but sometimes I lack motivation (especially when it’s cold and dark outside). What better motivation that raising some much need funds to support unpaid family carers in Bedfordshire?”

Pippa is walking a total of 100 miles in January

pippa challenge“I’m not very active, but I’m going to dig out my walking boots from the shed. I'm going to be walking *100 miles* -- not all at once, mind you, but in total -- and the miles will slip past a whole lot easier (I hope!) if I know that you lovely people have sponsored me.
