Annual health checks for people with a learning disability, aged 14+ – Talk

We are pleased to have Simone Mingay, Lead Nurse Specialist with the ELFT Health Facilitation and Sensory Team joining us to talk about and promote annual health checks for people with a learning disability, aged 14+.  Simone will be happy to answer any questions and will talk about what a good quality health check is for someone with a learning disability.
