The role of the CQC is to monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and to publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care
A commissioner from Central Bedfordshire Council will attend as an observer; one of our trustees may also attend. Janice Styles, support worker, will also be on hand in case of any queries or help you might need.
This carers forum is for carers from African, Caribbean and mixed heritage communities to share your experiences, good and bad. You may pick up some tips or just enjoy the company of others.
