Join us for a celebration! Sunday 26th November, at Parkside
We are very happy that MK Swing Dance are going to demo and help us have fun and get dancing.
There’ll also be refreshments, followed by some “chair yoga” with Lucy, who will take us through some seated stretches, gentle movements and relaxation to end.
Please arrive in time for a 1.30pm start – dancing will commence then!
