We invite our registered mental health carers to join our group led by our carer link worker team. We will get together and discuss your caring roles, share our experiences, tips and share information that we feel may be beneficial. Please note that people may find some topics distressing such as self harm, suicide and challenging and unpredictable behaviours.
Please email Hayley.russell@carersinbeds.org.uk who will be in touch. We will meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
