An opportunity for carers to have some precious and nourishing time for themselves to focus on their mental health and wellbeing. A yoga session will provide time for you to unwind, stretch, learn breathing techniques and movements to help relieve stress and tension in the body and mind, and help you to feel more relaxed and positive. There will also be a Sound bath to soothe and destress you and a Wellbeing Practitioner will offer tips and tricks to help you cope with your caring role and ongoing self-care at the tranquil setting of Box End Park, Kempston.
To finish a sandwich lunch and chat overlooking the peaceful lake are on offer.
