This mini-retreat is for carers to have some precious and nourishing time for themselves to focus on their wellbeing. There will be time for you – to unwind, stretch, relax, plus enjoy a healthy drink and snack within a peaceful countryside setting.
Included in this small group session will be gentle yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and movements to help relieve stress and tension in the body and mind, and help you to feel more relaxed and positive. You will leave with easy-to-implement tools to take away with you for ongoing self-care.

There is no charge for this activity but a suggested donation of £5.00 would be appreciated.
