Move & Talk: 4-week course

We are very happy that the wonderful Mobility Physio are providing this course for us, starting on 8th November, called ‘Move & Talk’.

As experienced medical professionals, Nadia and Jo will provide advice and information, and answer your questions about aches and pains, and mobility issues for you and the person you care for.  They will also provide lots of fun activities for physical health and wellbeing during the course.

• Fun ways to promote movement, strength and balance;
• Qualified Physio led programme – movement and exercise to help with daily activities
• Advice on falls prevention, home adaptation advice, mobility issues
• Q&A – with The Mobility Physio

We will be holding this at Meppershall Village Hall on the following Wednesday afternoons:

8th November – 2pm – 4pm

15th November – 2pm – 4pm

22nd November – 2pm – 4pm

29th November – 2.30pm – 4.30pm (note: half an hour later on the last session).
