Wellbeing Group for Anxiety

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 22 September, 2021
An 8-week guided self-help program to help carers of all ages learn how to face their fears and/or want support managing their anxiety.
You are invited to attend in-person at the Bedford office, or via Zoom link.
Wednesday 4th August 1-2pm for 8 consecutive weeks Aug 4, 11, 18, 25 Sept 1, 8, 15, 22.
This group is run by our Wellbeing Practitioner, Caroline Carter.
