Employment Support Service

Our dedicated Employment Advisor will support you at various stages of your employability journey, equally supporting those who have never been in paid employment to those currently employed and trying to balance their caring role with work responsibilities.

You can access free support, tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

This includes but is not limited to:

• 1:1 bespoke practical session with Employment Specialist
• Bespoke Group workshops/webinars (Face to face and online)
• help with job-searching, applications & CVs
• interview techniques
• wellbeing support
• IT skills
• access to training and volunteering opportunities
• financial support through grants and other funding resources
• Current information about carers rights at work and exclusive carers Job Hub.
