One to One Support
Whether you’re new to caring, have been caring for years, or have only just realised you’re a carer, there’s a lot to come to terms with. Our team of support workers and volunteers is here to help.
Individual and telephone support for adults
Whether you have a specific difficulty, are having a challenging day or just want to talk things through with someone, we are here. Our experienced support workers can speak to you by phone Monday to Friday.
For those carers who are most in need, we provide a named support worker who will be in regular contact to support you in your caring role.
Through this support we can:
- Offer advice and information
- Talk through various benefits and advice you may be entitled to
- Talk to you about your rights as a carer
- Help with emergency planning
- Give emotional support
- Provide a listening ear
Please call our 0300 111 1919 number to speak to a support worker or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a call.
If your first language is Punjabi, Urdu or Bengali you can contact one of our diverse communities support workers on 07824 046590
You can also speak with our support team at workshops, events and groups.
And why not see if our Wellbeing coordinator can help?
