Register for Support
We encourage everyone to register using our online form, as it’s the quickest and easiest way. However, those that can’t access the form or don’t have an email address, please give us a ring on 0300 111 1919.
What Happens Once I Register?
Once you have registered, you’ll get a welcome email (remember to check you junk mail). We assess your level of need from what you have told us on the registration form. Carers with a high level of need will be contacted as a priority by our team to make sure we offer the right level of support in a timely manner.
However if your self assessment indicates you are not in need of support right now, please contact us if things change, we will be happy to help you. Our experience tells us that things can change very quickly for carers. That’s particularly true if you are looking after an older person and their health deteriorates. In the mean time please make use of our online support and guide library.
