What happens once I register?

Once you have registered, you’ll get a welcome email or post and you are then free to access our services. We assess your level of need from what you have told us on the registration form. Carers with a high level of need will be contacted as a priority by our early response team to make sure we offer the right level of support in a timely manner.

All other carers will be contacted by us within 3-5 months. Please do get in touch before then if things change and your caring role has become more difficult.  Our experience tells us that things can change very quickly for carers. That’s particularly true  if you are looking after an older person and their health deteriorates.
