Support from Community Groups

Your group could make a real difference to local carers

Supporting local carers

Whether you’re a Church, Rotary Club or Scout Group, there’s lots of ways to support the carers in your community.

Is there something you’re really good at? Get together and use your combined talents to fundraise – whether that’s making jam, teaching karate, knitting socks, or baking cakes. Our fundraising guide is full of ideas and advice.

Or you could fundraise through your usual events and activities. If you hold an annual carol concert, for example, could you donate the money raised from ticket sales? Or sell some delicious mince pies and mulled wine to your guests?
