Caring for someone with a life-limiting condition can be emotionally and physically overwhelming. When a loved one’s condition deteriorates, it can bring uncertainty, stress, and a host of practical challenges.
This free four-week programme, run in partnership with Sue Ryder, offers a safe and supportive space for family Carers to explore what matters most at this stage of caring. Together, we’ll look at topics including:
- The importance of Carer wellbeing
- Coping with change and loss
- Managing worries, finances and legal matters
- What to expect as someone approaches end of life
