Caring for someone with dementia can be rewarding but also demanding — everyone needs time to rest and recharge.
This session will explore respite options and planning, helping you understand how you can take a break from caring when you need to. You’ll learn about:
- The different types of respite available
- How to plan and apply for a break
- When respite may be funded by your local authority
Whether you’re looking for a short break, occasional support, or simply want to understand your options, this session will help you feel more confident and informed.
